When deadlines, expectations, or people-pleasing keep your body on high alert, thinking clearly and switching off becomes hard. With EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), we bring a stressor or sensation to mind while tapping specific points to calm the nervous system. This ‘turns down’ the brain’s alarm (amygdala) so your body settles and clarity returns.
We’ll go gently at your pace — no perfect words needed. If talking feels hard, we can work with sensations or use silent tapping. You’ll leave each session with a simple 2–3 minute reset you can use between meetings or after work.
