I went into the session to overcome my fear of losing my family home and I had no expectations whether it would work or not. However, through the tapping we were able to address multiple emotions, fears, and worries that I didn’t even think about myself before! It was hard to say whether it worked straight away, however after a few days, I was certain that it had left a positive impact, as most of the negative emotions I had associated with the event were completely gone. The method is very untraditional, but I would definitely recommend it to others who are stuck and trying to overcome any trauma, phobia, or other issues in their lives!

Following a gentle informal chat with Jamie I indicated a few areas that gave me anxiety or stress. He simply asked which one felt like a priority and whilst I didn't want to think that a single person was my main stressor, once we started working on this person, it was clearly the right decision.
Suppressed anger and frustration emerged that Jamie addressed with a gentle tapping technique. He spent some time on the different aspects of my feelings which were a 10 out of 10. Bizarrely I came back to the session after a 5 minute comfort break to find that the feelings had completely dropped away! I felt sad that the person needed to put so much energy into her unpleasantness!

"Having had painful and limiting planters fasciitis for 3 months+ in my left foot I approached James for some therapy to deal with the frustration of not being able to hike and play tennis as normal. It was strapped up and I had an exercise plan without results. James was calm and confident. We worked through my feelings of frustration and he helped me realise that my brain had accepted that due to having had PF in my right foot some years earlier. It would therefore be a year before it got better and would also have to get worse before it got better. James seemed to somehow move this blockage to healing. He then reminded me to "notice" how I felt the next few days/weeks. However, it was immediately clear that I had lost my frustration and I now believed there was no reason for it to not get better. Having been horrid for weeks, my foot felt better within days and significantly better within the week. Within two weeks I was playing tennis again and just rebuilding strength!
