  • Yes. EFT works just as effectively online as in person — because you’re tapping on your own body while I guide you step by step. Many clients actually prefer online sessions because they can do them from the comfort of home.

  • That’s completely fine. I’ll explain everything, show you the tapping points, and guide you step by step. You don’t need any prior experience — I’ll make sure you feel comfortable.

  • Unlike talk therapy, EFT works with both the mind and body. We combine gentle tapping with focused attention, which helps calm the nervous system and release emotional triggers at their root. Because of this, progress is often much faster — many people notice change within a session and don’t need ongoing, endless appointments.
