EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a gentle, science-backed method that combines light tapping on specific acupressure points with focused attention on a thought, feeling, or memory. It helps release stress and restore emotional balance — often in minutes.

When purchasing a package you will book the date and time of the first session.
At the end of the session we will then plan the second and third session at a time which suits us both. -
We’ll start by discussing what you’d like to work on. I’ll guide you through tapping on specific points while focusing on the issue. We’ll check in regularly to notice shifts, release layers of emotion, and move toward calm and clarity.
We do not work with exposure and the pace of the session is dictated by the client rather than the practitioner. -
Sessions are held via Google Meet. You’ll see me demonstrate each tapping point, and you simply mirror the tapping on yourself. The process works just as well online as in person — you’re in a safe, private space, and I guide you step-by-step.

Some people notice big changes after just one session, but usually a series of three or more sessions allows us to work through deeper patterns. I’ll recommend a plan based on your goals, but you’re free to go at your own pace
