EFT Tapping Sessions — 1:1 Online

Not every challenge fits neatly into a box. EFT is flexible and can be adapted to whatever you’re facing — whether it’s stress, fear, old patterns, or something harder to put into words.

In each 75-minute 1:1 online session, we’ll combine gentle conversation with guided tapping to calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and release the emotions that keep patterns stuck. You’ll also leave with a 2–3 minute routine you can use between sessions — giving you practical tools for everyday calm and confidence.

  • Optional email check-ins

5 Sessions — £225 (Save £50)

For complex or long-standing issues, with space to go gently and consolidate changes.

  • Titrated pacing (manageable steps)

  • Personalised tools for lasting support
