All sessions are 1:1 and online. We’ll bring a trigger/belief to mind while tapping to calm the nervous system and ‘turn down’ the brain’s alarm, so change can stick. You’ll leave with a simple 2–3 minute routine to use between sessions.

We can work on a wide range of issues — essentially anything causing distress, avoidance, or stuck patterns. Common themes include anxiety and overwhelm, phobias, past trauma, exam/performance nerves, work stress and burnout, health anxiety, grief, relationship triggers, self-doubt/limiting beliefs, procrastination or people-pleasing, cravings or habits, and pain with an emotional or stress component.

Work steadily on one theme (e.g., phobia, anxiety loop, belief).

Extra room to go gently and consolidate changes.

  • Titrated pacing (small, manageable steps)
